Cost
According to local law, we are not allowed to publish fees associated with services provided by the UAE government / ministries. Approximate fees can be found on the websites of the respective departments. (Or you can Ask Faizal).
Our fee structure is transparent:
For the convenience and efficiency we provide, we charge a fixed and pre-agreed service fee on top of what you would normally pay (i.e. costs we incurred / that we paid on your behalf to the relevant government departments).
For example, UAE residence visa renewals:

Door-to-door
Our dedicated consultants do all the running around for you. You don’t even need to leave your home / office. We collect and deliver everything needed. If you are required to be present somewhere (e.g. for medical examinations, fingerprinting, etc.) we can even arrange an Uber/Careem for you.

** We bill you for the actual cost of the shuttle service arranged by us, which is typically 10% less than if you were to book this directly.
